Meditation - Part 2

I have been practicing meditation for over a month now and I’m currently meditating in two sessions of eight minutes daily.

For the eight-minute sessions, I’m currently using the YouTube video called Beautiful Relaxing Music: Silver

Next up is 15 minute sessions, which is where I think I will settle in for a while. I feel that is a very good spot for me at this time in my life.

Note: I highly recommend that you either purchase a YouTube service so you can skip the commercial ads, or use a browser plug-in that allows for the ads to be skipped. It will really destroy your meditation session if a commercial for a new metal roof interrupts your relaxing soundtrack.
