Amazon - Product Misrepresentation

This is post seven of my 10-part series on Amazon

I had at least one of the ten cats in the house having a problem in the litter box. Normally this goes away by itself in a couple of days, but this time was different. So I logged on to Amazon.com and I found a mini camera so I can see who is having the problems. I ordered

Mini Spy Camera 1080P Hidden Camera – Portable Small HD Nanny Cam with Night Vision and Motion Detection – Indoor Covert Security Camera for Home and Office – Hidden Spy Cam – Built-in Battery for $24.99.

I wasn’t expecting much, I mean these things are tiny and cheap, and I got what I paid for. But they worked for the intended purpose. The video was black and white (supposed to be color), Okay, maybe it was grayscale, but not color and grainy (supposed to be 1080p and 12 megapixels). I never complained as they did what I wanted them for.

I found the stand for the camera to be awkward. It didn’t sit so you can have the camera recording with the base sitting on the floor. I guess you can record, but everything is from a strange angle. This picture from the product description shows the camera sitting on the base, showing the strange angle that I’m talking about.

***DISCLAIMER*** The actual product I purchase is no longer being sold by the vendor, this is the same product from a different Amazon vendor.
