It's Not Warming Up

So I’m not an ASE-certified car mechanic, but I can certainly do my own work if I wanted to. I no longer get any enjoyment out of it and with my rheumatoid arthritis (RA), working on a car makes my hands hurt for days. The pain when I’m actually turning a wrench is killer.

But I think I know what the problem might be here. Unless BMW is different than the domestic cars that I own and I have owned domestic for many years, the problem might be that the gauge, I bet it is wired backward.  But rest assured if you flop the two wires at the battery, it will heat up really quickly. ROFL

Not Warming Up

Confession, I had a 2006 Town & Country that would get to the red part of the gauge. But I found that problem to be too little coolant, not too much.
