I'd Love to Know the Full Story

I’d love to know the full story here, I know that ambulance rides to the hospital can get very pricey, but seriously, there has to be a better way than this. I’m sure this is a Halloween prank or something like that. I do like the meme text of “When your insurance won’t cover your ambulance ride but you have AAA!!”. I have heard that some ambulance rides are in the $15,000 to $20,000, which is totally insane. It is a perfect example of, you being between a rock and a hard place.
