I Have No Freaking Idea
I’m not sure what this is and after seeing the directions, I also don’t know how to use it. It is listed as an “Adjustable Alloy Expansion Device Dilator”, so I Googled “dilator”, and I came up with things to dilate your urethra and some for dilating a vagina, but nothing at all like this bullshit. And the directions are fabulous.
After some further research, it is listed as an “Anal Vaginal Dilator”, and I found more directions:
