There are YouTube influencers who are making money by making videos on fast food restaurants and their secret menu items. Supposedly just about every restaurant has some secret menu items, or items that they serve, but are not on the menu. Things like McDonald’s are reported to have items like “The Pie McFlurry” and the “The McLeprechaun Shake” or the “The Monster Mac”. The Monster Mac, by the way, is instead of a Big Mac having two all-beef patties (You know the jingle – Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame-seed bun.”), the Monster Mac has eight all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions, on a sesame seed bun (and a side of Heart Attack). **Personally, I never had a problem saying it, but then again, I grew up with it playing on the TV all the time **
