SSgt Without Combat Deployments

This is Sergeant Major Christian B. Bull, who made news in 2021 about some legal issues (he was accused of searching a subordinate’s home without permission) he had when he was assigned to VMFAT-101. SgtMaj Bull was relieved due to the loss of confidence in his ability to lead. He has since retired.

Regardless of what he did or didn’t do, I love what he has to say in this video. This particular topic is something that I often struggle with.
