Calling For Backup - You Are Not Alone

You are not alone, period. You can always call for help, someone is always willing to listen, willing to help. You just need to reach out.

I understand how difficult it is to ask for help. I myself struggle with it every day of my adult life. The Corps breaks us down in BootCamp and then molds us into Marines. But that molding process, inherently makes something more difficult, like asking for help.

I will figure out how to single-handedly move something that is a two-man lift without a doubt. I have done it many times and I will still do it. To me and many other Marines, asking for assistance like that is a sign of weakness, we are here to help others, not get help ourselves.

But somethings, things are too much for one person to handle. And when that happens, reach out.

1-800-273-8255 is there for us when we need help.
