April 2018
I promised my family that I would one more time try to seek a diagnosis for what is going on with me. My wife made me an appointment with Dr. S, the same Neurologist I saw in 2014. He and I had hit it off then, so let’s see what we can do this time around. He ran some basic tests and wanted me to get a few blood tests so he could rule out a few things.
The pain was slowly coming back, but it was very mild, the Gaba was working, just needed a higher dose I think, it is really nice to have the pain down to a dull roar for now. Dr. S.. was happy that the Gabapentin was working and upped my dose from one pill a day to three a day. My resting heart rate is once again above 100 bps, got to love tachycardia. The weight gain is starting, I’m currently at 250 pounds. I recently started to develop shacking on the right side, pretty much non-stop, which is not only worrisome, but it is also very annoying.
