How To Tell When A Man Is Broken

Some of you will read this, laugh, and call me a pussy, others will read this and think to themselves that is them. For your partner in your life, I hope that they read this and that you are there to help.

Men’s health is often skipped over as “it’s gay”, “it’s stupid”, or “I’m not a pussy”, but deep inside they know that they are broken and lost and don’t see a real path forward. This is all too common and likely this is you or someone you know.

I used to be that way too when it got so bad, that I could no longer ignore it. But by that time, it was too late and the damage had already been done.

If I had been able to properly get my autoimmune disorders under control, I would not be in so much pain as I am now.

My best advice is to take care of your problems, both medical and mental. Talk to your partner, if they honestly love you, they will help.

How to tell when a man is broken

  1. He barely sleeps and eats
  2. He shuts himself away from everyone
  3. He hides behind a smile
  4. He always tries to keep himself busy to forget the pain
