2024 Dodge Charger Dayton SRT EV
I recently heard about the 2024 Dodge Charger Dayton SRT all-electric vehicle. I have to say that the concept car looks rather impressive. As a man and one that owned a muscle car when I was much younger. I can say that unless it has the sound, the rumble, it can smoke the tires and smell like oil, then you might be talking about American muscle cars.
I’m against a muscle car being an EV, but at least Dodge is trying to make it work. First, at least this new Charger Dayton SRT looks the part, it looks sleek and fast. Then Dodge added a sound system that mimics the rumble and roar of a big gasoline-fueled muscle car. Dodge also claims that even with it being all-wheel drive, it can smoke the tires during a burnout, in fact, rumors have it that it has a special mode for that.
I’m not digging the interior dashboard, but I also understand that all modern cars will have similar ‘Tesla’ styled dashboards in the near future.Â
It includes a ‘sound’ package that called the Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust
I do like the fact that they added a fake grill to the car, instead of the plain flat surface like the Teslas and the Mach-E Mustang. I’m also happy to see a full round steering wheel and not the airplane-style half wheel like a Tesla.
