The VA Disability Claim Process

I knew this wasn’t going to be easy, but now I have been getting phone calls from yet another organization that is working on my VA Claim. They state that they need to get another form filled out by me and that they don’t have copies of my records. I uploaded and I have a confirmation from the VFW that I uploaded them.
This could be so easy, if you just went to a website, click on a “New Claim” button, and fill out everything online, you upload what is required and when you are done, you hit submit to submit your claim. If you log off, everything is saved automatically and when you log back on, everything is there and ready.
