Alright, who let their boot out of the barracks? I don’t know where to begin with this one. I’m not sure what in the hell he is trying to do or prove either.

It looks like he is wearing a green beret, a USMC shot, dress blue, uhm, er, shorts? A weight-lifting belt, white gloves, and knee pads.
