Blood Pressure

 

Most men tend to skip over their health problems, and that is not a smart idea. I was one of those, especially when I was on active duty. I would just ignore whatever was bothering me. Now in my 50s and having a boatload of auto-immune diseases, I wish I would have paid more attention when I was younger.
