As part of my new mindful state that I’m working on, I have been slowing down some as well as listening to things that calm me besides music. So last month I started with the calming sound of ocean waves lapping at the sand on a beach. I’m just not a beach kind of person, so I moved to something that I love, which is camping and the sound of a roaring campfire.
