My Doctor Said - Circle Where It Hurts

I was at my family practice doctor the other day. They had me fill out a ton of paperwork, including the good old “Where Does It Hurt” form. My pain has been insane lately so, this is the outcome of those forms and the “Where Does It Hurt” form.

I really need to find the shirt that the guy is wearing in the header image, lol.
