Fell Down the Stairs Today

I was going down the stairs with our dog this morning and I slipped and fell backward down 3-4 steps and twisted my bad knee (the one that I had surgery on in 2020), it is swollen and painful. If it is still like that tomorrow morning, I will make an appointment with my orthopedic doctor.
