You will notice that this update is a little early. After a week of being a sweaty zombie, I’m done with the 60mg dose. My wife called my neurologist and they agreed and dropped me to 40mg. Not sure if I will stay there or slowly drop down to help avoid some of the withdrawal effects. Today is the second day at the 40mg dosage again. I’m not doing too bad, I’m not yawning and I’m not overly tired. I didn’t sleep really well as I was sweating all night, but that is a symptom of the Cymbalta withdrawals, so that should go away, I’m not clenching my teeth either, so that is good. Taking my Gabapentin still, so I’m not sure what benefit Cymbalta is providing me right now.
