Update on the Hay Bale Injury

Late last month, I hurt my arm and shoulder moving a 750-pound bale of hay

The arm was healing really well, until……… yep, you guessed it, Marine went full-on Marine and injured it again. I was mowing the yard and I have a dog tie out, that has been there for nearly 20 years and I pushed the damn mower, full steam (self-propelled mower) right into the damn dog tie out. It was like I didn’t even see the damn thing, but I hit it with force and the opposite reaction of that force (damn you Newton), ran right up my injured arm and now it hurts just as freaking much as it did the damn night I did it. But I did what any good Marine would do and I shook off the pain and finished mowing the yard. I put on my sling after and well here I am.
