Mother in-law to the ER

I picked a good week to stop taking my meds. My wife’s mother was taken to the Emergency Room for high fever, dehydration, and upper abdominal pain. She arrived at the ER around 6. p.m, they ran a ton of tests and admitted her at 3 a.m. She had a hernia in her small intestine, which was blocked, so she had to stay for tests to clear the blockage and possible surgery.
