Inject, Inject, Inject"

Yes, I know it is eject, but that doesn’t go with my poor sense of humor. I had my very first injection failure, with Humira. I have been using Humira for nearly a year and prior to that Enbrel for over a year. Enbrel was a weekly injection and Humira is every two weeks. The whole injection process is very simple and easy to do, but with all things mechanical, there is going to be a failure. All things mechanical actually are tested and there is a number (Mean Time Between Failures) with that failure rate.

As I wasn’t sure if anything actually was injected into my body, I had to err on the side of caution, and not give myself another injection until my two weeks were up.

The next day, I called Humira and they collected some information and offered to send me a replacement injection, but I passed as I already had a nice stockpile because I had COVID and then Bronchitis, and you can’t take a Biologic if you have an infection.
