Vibrating Foot

One of my new and exciting symptoms is my left foot, close to the heel is vibrating. It is so strange, it is almost in a pattern like my cell phone is in my shoe or something. It happens 24 hours a day and it is actually keeping me from a good sleep, not that I was sleeping well to start with, with still. It is an actual vibration, as my family can feel it when they are touching my foot.

Well Google can be your friend and sure enough, there is a name for it, it is called “Pallesthesia”. It appears that Pallesthesia is caused by one of the following conditions:

  • B12 deficiency or anemia
  • Blocked artery or vein
  • Stress response and adrenaline
  • Compressed nerve or damaged nerve
  • Medications
  • Restless Leg Syndrome

There is no real cure for it. Oh, Joy!!!!
