Never Stand Under a Tree
You are outside in the park with three friends, it starts to rain so you run for cover under a large tree. I’m sure that you have been told to never stand under a tree in a storm. But, you ignore that as you are now dry as the tree provides cover. The below video tells the whole story here.
The video was filmed in Vatika Signature Villas in Gurugram Sector 82, Gurugram, India, just south of New Delhi. The four men were horticulture staffers at a housing society (which translates to they were grounds keepers/gardeners at Vatika Signature Villas. they were taken to a private hospital in Manesar and treated for severe burns with one of the men (Ram Prasad Sundar) ending up in ICU and succumbing to his injuries the next day.
Moral of the story: Never stand under a tree when it rains. This is a very common way to get struck.
